Terms of Use

StudioLens helps users create studio-style product images from source photos of ceramic and handmade objects. By using StudioLens, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any applicable App Store terms.

App Store License And Purchases

StudioLens is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different license is required by Apple or applicable law.

StudioLens Monthly is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. It includes 300 studio image generations each month for the displayed monthly price. The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Unused monthly image quota does not roll over and has no cash value. StudioLens counts one image only after a successful generation.

Refunds

App Store purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem flow. StudioLens can provide support information about your subscription or quota, but StudioLens cannot guarantee that Apple will approve a refund.

User Content

You are responsible for the photos, prompts, and other content you submit. Do not upload content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use it. You grant StudioLens the rights needed to process your submitted content, generate requested outputs, operate the service, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Generated Images

StudioLens uses image-generation models and automated processing. Generated images may be inaccurate, may vary between generations, and may not be suitable for every commercial, legal, or marketplace use. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before publishing, selling, or relying on them.

Acceptable Use

Do not use StudioLens to create or process illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content. Do not attempt to bypass quotas, security checks, App Attest protections, rate limits, or purchase verification.

Service Availability

StudioLens depends on network services, backend hosting, Apple purchase systems, and image-generation providers. The service may be delayed, unavailable, or changed from time to time. StudioLens may change models, providers, presets, quotas, or features when needed to operate and improve the service.

No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioLens is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. StudioLens does not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact preservation of source-photo details, specific commercial results, marketplace acceptance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioLens and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services arising from use of or inability to use StudioLens.

These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

StudioLens data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

StudioLens may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
