What StudioLens Does
StudioLens creates a studio-style product image from one phone photo of a ceramic item for listings, portfolios, shops, and social posts.
Subscription
StudioLens Monthly is an auto-renewable subscription priced at $9.99/month and includes 300 studio images per month.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel or manage your plan, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. StudioLens can help diagnose quota or generation issues, but refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.

Troubleshooting
- If the app cannot load your subscription, confirm that you are signed in to the App Store and have network access.
- If image generation fails, try another source photo with the ceramic item clearly visible, centered, and not heavily cropped.
- Avoid photos with hands, busy backgrounds, strong shadows, or objects blocking the item.
- If quota or purchase state looks wrong, contact support with the approximate purchase time and Apple ID region used for the purchase. Do not send passwords or full payment details.
App Review Notes
For App Review, the purchase flow is available from the in-app paywall. Reviewers should use Apple sandbox purchase credentials. The backend verifies App Store transactions server-side and applies the included monthly quota after verification.
